1. Services
I provide freelance web design and related services. All services are tailored to each client’s needs, and details (scope, pricing, timelines) will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2. Payments
- Payments are due as outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
- Work may pause or be delayed if payment is not received on time.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
3. Revisions & Deliverables
- Reasonable revisions are included as agreed in the project scope.
- Major changes outside the original scope may require a new agreement and additional cost.
- Final files and deliverables will be handed over once payment is complete.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by late content, approvals, or third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients own the final design deliverables.
- I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
While I make every effort to deliver high-quality, secure work, I cannot guarantee that websites will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or 100% secure. I am not liable for losses, damages, or issues beyond my control (e.g., hosting problems, third-party services, hacking).
7. Termination
Either party may end a project by giving written notice. Work completed up to that point must be paid for in full.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
